Mr. and Mrs. Rick Briggs of Leasburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Blair Catherine Briggs, to Bryan Scott Roberts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Roberts of Raleigh. The wedding will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at Jones Chapel, Meredith College.
