Dr. and Mrs. Robert Lynn Wiggs of Raleigh announce the engagement of their daughter, Meredith Leigh, to Andrew Scott Horner, both of Charlotte. Mr. Horner is the son of Reverend and Mrs. David Howard Horner of Raleigh. The wedding is planned for November 21, 2009, at White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh.
