Barbara Ann Maholick and Lawrence Dare Joseph Schafer were married at two o'clock on Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Fairmont United Methodist Church in Raleigh. Pastor Steve Hickle officiated the ceremony. A reception at the church followed. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Walter Maholick of Raleigh. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her maid of honor, Mrs. Lynn Tucker of Raleigh. Mrs. Deborah Fleisig of Cranston, Rhode Island, sister-in-law of the bride, served as bridesmaid. Mr. Paul Maholick of Cranston, Rhode Island, brother of the bride, served as best man. The couple will reside in Kaiser, Missouri.
