TRACY MORGAN It’s “showtime” at Goodnight’s when stand-up standout spoofs up the stage to ready for his upcoming September HBO Special premiere, and Goodnight’s goers get a live and laugh-filled pre-taping sneak peek of the funny man’s first HBO hour. “Tracy Morgan: Black and Blue” will film at the Apollo Theatre September 24 and 25. TALKING THINGS OVER WITH CHEKHOV Nicola Lefler and Chris Brown bend the boards in this Noelle Barnard directed staging of John Ford Noonan’s reimaging of ex-lovers fumbling in and out of fortune and the story-savvy of the ult tale-teller Anton Chekhov to raise the curtain on their own return to the Manhattan playhouse. BULL CITY RUMBLE 2010 Hammer down to Durham, go loco for motos and toe up to The Tavern to take a rumble with the Bull City for the sixth annual vintage chopper n’ scooter show and concert. The rally & rock-out revenue ‘ll roll over to IAR rescue to spare abandoned and abused animals. Bands include The Belmont Playboys, The Tremors, Transylvania Transport Co, Blood Red River, Hearts & Daggers. With Special Guest DJ Junior. When: Sept. 4, 1:30-5pm, $10 at the door.
