Let Casey Dark, bartender at Noir, crush you with her dangerously delish signature cocktail, the Caseycrusher.

Ingredients

• Vodka
• Gin
• Rum
• Triple sec
• Orange juice
• Pineapple juice
• Grenadine

Quantities for one drink

• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz rum
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• Equal parts orange juice and pineapple juice
• Splash of grenadine

Blending instructions

• Pour everything but grenadine into a pint glass over ice.
• Pour mixture into a tall tin and back into the pint glass to mix it up a little.
• Add a small splash of grenadine for a little color and sweetness.
• Garnish with a cherry and done!

Casey's take: We are now featuring the "Caseycrusher." This is a drink I came up with several years ago and have been making and serving throughout my years of bartending. I've never had anyone who didn't like it ... and it's called a Caseycrusher for a reason! Delicious but dangerous — you can't taste the liquor believe it or not! Regularly $8, but on special and only $6 when I work main bar on Thursday nights.

Recipe from Noir on Glenwood South in Raleigh.

Please drink responsibly.
