Triangle.com Presents: Emulous
Kick off Raleigh's March First Friday Gallery Walk with triangle.com and Visual Art Exchange as we unveil the exhibit "Emulous" on March 4. The exhibit features the work of famous artists as recreated by local artists. The event is from 6-9 p.m. and the exhibit runs through March 24.
During the event, you can explore the exhibit up close and talk to some of the artists, as well as enjoy complimentary food from The Oxford. And since triangle.com is sponsoring the exhibit, count on a few giveaways!
By registering for the event, you'll be entered to win one of two $100 gift certificates to VAE, a $50 Visa Gift card and a triangle.com tote bag. To win, you must be registered and present during the drawing, which will be held at approximately 7:30 p.m. Anyone may attend the event, but only those registered online will have a chance to win.
Register now to win some great prizes and make VAE one of your stops in the gallery walk and, more importantly, see some fabulous artwork. VAE is located at 325 Blake Street in City Market, downtown Raleigh.
More about Emulous
A tradition in formal art training, reproducing the work of masters is a great way to learn their technique. The artists in the exhibit either mimicked an existing work or created original work in the style of their favorite master artist.
