Apps: Baked oysters w/ shallot blood orange butter; Arugula salad w/ grilled grapefruit, buttermilk blue cheese, toasted almonds, and beet vinaigrette; House cured belly over brussel sprouts and topped w/ fried quail egg and cider honey sauce.

Entrees: Lamb shank pie w/ warm buttered parsnip and kale salad; Whiskey cheddar stuffed filet of beef w/ brussel sprout soufflé and buttered carrots topped w/ Bush Mills brown sauce; Monkfish papillote w/ cherry tomatoes, fennel, spinach, new potatoes, onions and topped w/ crab and lemon butter sauce.

Dessert: Guinness chocolate mousse tower w/ fresh cream and berries; Meyer lemon Buttermilk custard w/ blood orange soup, oatmeal tuile and candied citrus; Assorted chocolate truffles: whiskey bacon, Guinness and pecan.
